The battle every evening
The tablet comes out, peace descends, and then the handover moment arrives and the volcano erupts. Most parents we meet are not asking whether screens are bad. They are asking how to live with them without daily warfare.
Screen resilience, not screen bans
Children do best with predictable boundaries they helped agree to, screen free anchors like meals and the hour before bed, and adults who model what they preach. The goal is a child who can put a screen down without falling apart, and that is a skill, which means it can be taught.
Guilt, meanwhile, is the least useful parenting tool ever invented. Swap it for one consistent routine and you will feel the difference in a week.
You do not have to figure it out alone
Our parent workshops and parent circles in Goa cover exactly this: screen resilience, emotional regulation and the honest messiness of raising children now. Come join one. Bring your questions, leave with tools and the enormous relief of a room full of people in the same boat.
Wondering about your own situation?
Bring your questions to a calm, unhurried conversation at our clinic in Raia, Goa.
